Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on 2nd August 2019 have appointed Mr. Vipul Khanna as Additional Director and the Managing Director & CEO for a term of five (5) consecutive years with effect from 2nd August 2019, subject to the requisite approvals.

The details required under Regulation 30 of the Listing regulations read with SEBI Circular CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated 9th September, 2015 are given in the enclosed Annexure A.

Further, in the same meeting, the Board noted that the 3 year term of Mr. Rajesh Subramaniam as Managing Director & CEO expired on 31st July 2019 by efflux of time.
