Capital increase at conversion of bonds into shares
The deadline for request of conversion of the convertible bonds, which were signed November 2013 and afterwards prolonged in November 2015 and June 2016, respectively, expired on 30 August 2018.
The total issued bonds amount to DKK 27,164,836 divided on 11 bond owners.
Of these, 10 bond owners, totally representing DKK 26,414,836, has chosen to convert their bonds into FirstFarms shares with effect from 1 October 2018. The shares will be issued at price 42.78 in accordance to the bonds, corresponding to 617,452 shares.
Thus, a capital increase of DKK 6,174,520 will be carried out as per 1 October 2018, corresponding to 617,452 shares at nominal DKK 10, and the company's new share capital with hereafter constitute DKK 61,594,040.
Related parties have converted bonds: Chairman Henrik Hougaard for DKK 12,005,495, board member Bent Juul Jensen for DKK 4,802,198 and CEO Anders H. Nørgaard for DKK 1,351,648.
