Capital increase at conversion of bonds to shares

As informed in company announcement no. 9/2016 of 7 July 2016, the company issued convertible bonds for a total of DKK 32,250,000.

Bond owners representing DKK 6,000,000 have chosen to convert their bonds to FirstFarms shares with effect from 23 August 2017. The shares are issued at price 45.97 in accordance to the bonds, corresponding to 130,518 shares.

Thus a capital increase of DKK 1,305,180 is carried out, corresponding to 130,518 shares of DKK 10 and the company's new share capital will hereafter be DKK 51,376,240.
