On September 22, 2021, the Board of Directors of First United Corporation (the “Corporation”) declared a cash dividend of $.15 per share that will be payable on November 1, 2021, to holders of record of the Corporation’s common stock as of October 18, 2021. The corporation announced the dividend on September 27, 2021, a copy of which is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
