Explanatory Note

The Registrant is filing this amendment to its Form N-CSR for the period ended June 30, 2021, originally filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on September 1, 2021 (Accession Number 0001445546-21-004369), to amend the erroneous filing date submitted to the Securities and Exchange Commission when the original Form N-CSR was filed. The date on the filing was June 30, 2020 rather than June 30, 2021. Except as set forth above, this amendment does not amend, update or change any items or disclosures found in the original Form N-CSR filing (including the information previously reported in Item 1, “Reports to Stockholders—Additional Information—Submission of Matters to a Vote of Shareholders”).
