Release of a Post-admission Duties announcement according to Article 30e
Para. 1, No. 1 WpHG, transmitted by DGAP - a company of EquityStory AG.

On June 9, 2009, the ordinary shareholder meeting of Silicon Sensor
International AG has resolved upon item 5 of the agenda according to the
proposed resolution released in the electronic Bundesanzeiger on April 30,
2009 as following:
a) For the adjustment of the authorized capital per share from at present
Euro 3.00 to Euro 5.00 the authorized capital of the company will be
increased from the company's own resources without issue of new shares
from Euro 13,251,798.00
by Euro 8,834,532.00
to Euro 22,086,330.00
by commutation of Euro 8,834,532.00 of the capital reserve as of December
31, 2008 (total amount of EURO 18,913,830.56) before allocation of the net
loss 2008 into authorized capital. Thus each share reflects Euro 5.00 of
the principal in future. The total number of shares does not change. This
resolution is based on the balance sheet of Silicon Sensor International AG
as of December 31, 2008 with an unqualified opinion by Ernst & Young AG,
Wirtschaftspruefungsgeselllschaft, Steuerberatungsgesellschaft, Berlin, and
ascertained by the Board of Directors and the Supervisory Board.
b) Paragraph 4 Sec. 1 and 2 of the statutes will change as following:
'1. The authorized capital of the company amounts to Euro 22,086,330.00.
2. The authorized capital is subdivided in 4,417,266 shares without a par
value.'
