The issuer is solely responsible for the content of this announcement. ——————————————————————————– Silicon Sensor got a 0.8 mill Euro Order Order backlog increased 10 mill Euro for the first time The company Dr. Johannes Heidenhain GmbH, Traunreut, had given Silicon Sensor a additional large-scale order of 0.8 mill Euro for 2001. The strategic partnership between both companys will be more extended with this large-scale order. This order increased order backlog of Silicon Sensor GmbH by nearly 20% from 4.7 mill Euro to 5.5 mill Euro. For the whole group increased order backlog by nearly 10% from 9.5 mill Euro to 10.3 mill Euro. The backlog of orders in the group break with that order through the 10 mill Euro border for the first time. Silicon Sensor Group strengthen with this order her strong position on the worldwide optical sensor market.
