FourWorld Capital Management LLC, New York, United States of America (USA) informed us on October 23, 2023 pursuant to Art. 43(1) WpHG thereby making reference to the exceedance of the threshold of 10% or a higher threshold from September 28, 2023, as follows:

• The aim of the investment is the realization of trading profits whilst not excluding the

  implementation of strategic objectives.
  - The reporting person does intend to obtain further voting rights by acquisition or any other way, but preserves the right to abstain from doing so in the future.
  - The reporting person does not intend to influence the composition of the issuers’ administration, management or supervisory board, but preserves the right to do so in the future.
  - The reporting person does not intend to change the capital structure of the company, especially with regards to the ratio of internal/outside financing and the dividend policy, but preserves the right to do so in the future.
  - The indirect acquisition of the shares with voting rights by John Addis and FourWorld Capital Management LLC was financed by own funds ( Eigenmittel ) and external funds ( Fremdmittel ) (by the direct acquirers).
