On February 23, 2009, Mr Daniel Hopp, Germany has informed us according to
article 21, section 1 of the WpHG, contrary to his voting rights
announcement on February 4, 2009, that via shares his voting rights on
Silicon Sensor International AG, Berlin, Germany, ISIN: DE0007201907, WKN:
720190 have exceeded the threshold of 3 % on February 6, 2009 and amounts
to 3.563 % (139,108 voting rights) as per this date.

Of these voting rights, 3.516 % (137,238 voting rights) are held by DAH
Beteiligungs GmbH, Mannheim, Germany which is controlled by Mr Daniel Hopp,
Germany and attributet to Mr Daniel Hopp according to article 22, section
1, sentence 1, no. 1 of the WpHG.

Furthermore, on February 23, 2009, DAH Beteiligungs GmbH, Mannheim, Germany
has informed us according to article 21, section 1 of the WpHG that via
shares its voting rights on Silicon Sensor International AG, Berlin,
Germany, ISIN: DE0007201907, WKN: 720190, have exceeded the threshold of 3
% on February 06, 2009 and amounts to 3.516 % (137,238 voting rights) as
per this date.
