In our own name (Kairos Investment Management Limited) and in the name and
on behalf of Kairos Fund Limited we hereby give notice pursuant to section
21 para. 1 of the WpHG that on 17th July 2008 the voting interest of Kairos
Investment Management Limited and Kairos Fund Limited in Silicon Sensor
International AG, Berlin, Germany, each went below the threshold of 3 % and
amounts to each 2.20 % (85,879 shares) of the voting rights on this day.

2.20 % (85,879 shares) of the voting rights are to be attributed to Kairos
Investment Management Limited in accordance with sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1
no. 6 of the WpHG.

Furthermore in the name and on behalf of KIM SpA and KIM BV we hereby give
notice pursuant to section 21 para. 1 of the WpHG that on 17th July 2008,
the voting interest of KIM SpA and KIM BV in Silicon Sensor International
AG, Berlin, Germany, each went below the threshold of 3 % and amounts to
each 2.20 % (85,879 shares) of the voting rights on this day.

2.20 % (85,879 shares) of the voting rights are attributed to KIM SpA and
KIM BV each in accordance with sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 in connection
with sent. 2 of the WpHG.'
