pursuant to sections 21 (1), 24 WpHG ('German Securities Trading Act') in
conjunction with section 32 (2) InvG ('German Investment Act'), that the
percentage of voting rights of their subsidiary DWS Investment GmbH,
Frankfurt am Main, Germany, in Silicon Sensor International AG, Berlin,
Germany, fell below the threshold of 3 % on 9 December 2008 and amounts to
