pursuant to section 21 para. 1 of the WpHG, that on 15th June 2007, the
voting interest held by Kairos Investment Management Limited, London,
United Kingdom in Silicon Sensor International AG, Berlin, Deutschland,
exceeded the threshold of 5 %, which amounted to 5.04 % or 177,722 shares.

As at 15th June 2007, 5.0403 % of the voting shares are attributable to
Kairos Investment Management Limited, through Kairos Fund Ltd. (4.13 % or
145,668 shares) and Kairos North European Fund Ltd. (0.91 % or 32,054
