Kingdom has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that
via shares its Voting Rights on Silicon Sensor International AG, Berlin,
Deutschland, ISIN: DE0007201907, WKN: 720190, have exceeded the 10% limit
of the Voting Rights on July 10, 2007 and now amount to 13.52% (this
corresponds to 526490 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 10.33%
