On July 17, 2007 , Universal-Investment-Gesellschaft mbH Frankfurt am Main,
Deutschland has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG
that via shares its Voting Rights on Silicon Sensor International AG,
Berlin, Deutschland, ISIN: DE0007201907, WKN: 720190, have fallen below the
threshold of 3 % on July 16, 2007 and now amount to 2.86 % (this
corresponds to 111,204 Voting Rights).

The Universal-Investment-Gesellschaft mbH holds 0,12 % of the Voting Rights
direct (this corresponds to 4,500 Voting Rights) and according to Article
22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG (restricted fund), 2.74 % of
