Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that we have published the following Notice in newspaper on behalf of Registrar Modaraba Companies & Modarabas, Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan, soliciting objections, if any from the certificate holders of the Modaraba, general public and other stakeholders on the following :-

1. "It is proposed to shift Registered Office of Awwal Modaraba Management Limited -Managers of Wasl Mobility Modaraba (Formerly First Prudential Modaraba) from "Horizon Vista Plot No. Commercial 10, Block No. 4, Scheme No.5, Clifton, Karachi to "818, 8th Floor, Hi-Q Tower, Jail Road, Lahore."

Copies of notices published in daily "The Nation" and "Nawa-i-Waqat" on July 15, 2025 are enclosed. You may please inform the TRE Certificate Holders of the Exchange accordingly.

Any person having objections to the proposed change of the registered office of Awwal Modaraba Management Limited is hereby advised to submit their objections in writing to the undersigned within fourteen (14) days of the publication of this notice.
