APPOINTMENT OF MEMBERS OF RISK MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE

The board of directors (the “Board” or the “Directors”) of Sun Hung Kai & Co. Limited (the “Company”) is pleased to announce that, with effect from 25 October 2021, Mr. Evan Au Yang Chi Chun (“Mr. Au Yang”) and Ms. Vivian Alexa Kao (“Ms. Kao”), both being Independent Non-Executive Directors of the Company, have been appointed as members of the Risk Management Committee of the Board (the “RMC”). Henceforth, with effect from 25 October 2021, the RMC comprises the following members:

Mr. Wayne Robert Porritt (Independent Non-Executive Director and Chairman of the RMC)

Mr. Simon Chow Wing Charn (Executive Director)

Mr. Evan Au Yang Chi Chun (Independent Non-Executive Director)
