Explanatory Note

On April 24, 2025, First Northwest Bancorp (the "Company") filed a Current Report on Form 8-K (the "Original Report") furnishing under Items 2.02, 7.01 and 9.01 the Company’s earnings release for the quarter ended March 31, 2025 (the "Original Release") and a related slide presentation (the "Original Presentation").

As a result of events occurring following the issuance of the Original Report, as more fully set out in Part II, Item 1 of the Company’s Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ended March 31, 2025, filed on the date hereof (the "Quarterly Report"), the Company is updating the Original Release (the "Updated Release") and Original Presentation (the "Updated Presentation"). The Company is filing this Amendment to the Original Report to furnish such updated materials.
