On July 26, 2019, First Northwest Bancorp issued an earnings release for the quarter ended June 30, 2019. A copy of the earnings release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.

Item 8.01 Other Events

On July 26, 2019, First Northwest Bancorp announced in its earnings release that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.03 per share of common stock, payable on September 6, 2019, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on August 23, 2019.
