Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers

Effective April 2, 2015, First Northwest Bancorp announced that Jeffrey S. Davis, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of First Federal Savings and Loan Association of Port Angeles (“Bank”), the subsidiary financial institution of First Northwest Bancorp, will be in charge of Human Resources of the Bank. Also effective as of that date, the employment relationship between the Bank and Elaine T. Gentilo, the Senior Vice President/Chief People Officer of the Bank, was terminated.
