Share Consolidation update & despatch of holding statements

Ookami Limited ( ASX: OOK ) ( Ookami or the Company ) advises that it has completed the consolidation of its share capital on a 80 to 1 basis, with fractional entitlements rounded to the nearest whole share ( Consolidation ). The Consolidation was approved by shareholders at the Company’s general meeting of shareholders holders held on 14 April 2021.

As a result of the Consolidation, the total number of fully paid ordinary shares ( Shares ) in the Company has been reduced from 340,739,459 to 4,259,459 Shares.

Holding statements have now been despatched to shareholders advising them of their new holdings on a post Consolidation basis.
