REQUEST FOR EXTENSION TO VOLUNTARY SUSPENSION – OOKAMI LIMITED

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.2, Ookami Limited ( ASX:OOK ) ( Ookami or the Company ) hereby requests that its securities remain suspended from quotation pending the Company’s response to an ASX price query and potential transaction.

The Company requests that trading in its securities be suspended until after the expected announcement is made regarding the above or until the market opens on Monday 5 April 2021, whichever is the earlier.

The Company is not aware of any reason why the suspension extension request should not be granted.
