Ookami Limited – (ASX: OOK) – Anticipated Reinstatement to Official Quotation

Description

The securities of Ookami Limited (‘OOK’) are expected to be reinstated to Official Quotation at the commencement of trading at 10:06:45 am AEST on Thursday, 15 July 2021, following its re-compliance with Chapters 1 and 2 of the ASX Listing Rules. OOK raised A$5,777,773 pursuant to the offer under its Replacement Prospectus dated 23 April 2021 (‘Replacement Prospectus’) by the issue of 28,888,865 shares at an issue price of A$0.20 per share.
