Clarification Announcement
Ookami Limited ( ASX: OOK ) ( Ookami or the Company ) announces that, due to an administrative oversight, the distribution schedule (holdings range report) released on 13 July 2021 was incorrect. The Company has since rectified this error and confirms that the information provided in paragraph 2 of the Company's Pre-Quotation Disclosure dated 13 July 2021, and the capital structure at the date of admission (detailed below), is correct and accurate and the ASX market release on 13 July 2021 sought quotation for the correct number of securities.
