31 December 2020 Quarterly Activity Report
Ookami Limited ( ASX:OOK ) ( Ookami or the Company ) provides the following report and attached Appendix 4C to its shareholders for the quarter ending 31 December 2020.
Summary of cash flows and related activity
As at 31 December 2020, Ookami held cash and cash equivalents of $195,000 compared with $345,000 at 30 September 2020. During the quarter, the directors agreed to accrue 100% of their fees and business partners continue to assist the Company by lowering their fees until such time as the Company is readmitted to the Official List.
Ookami’s Board of Directors continues to seek potential value adding assets and opportunities, both complementary and non-complementary, in the best interests of the Company and its shareholders with a view to reinstatement of the Company’s securities on the ASX.
There were no other substantive business activities during the quarter.
Board Changes
On 26 November 2020, the Company announced the resignation of Brendan DeKauwe as a NonExecutive Director of Ookami and on 9 December 2020 John Ciganek joined the Board of Ookami as a Non-Executive Director, bringing with him a wealth of mining industry and public company experience.
Payments to related parties of the entity and their associates
In item 6 of the attached Appendix 4C cash flow report for the quarter, payments to related parties of $14,000 comprised of director fees paid to non-executive directors for prior quarters.
This report and the attached Appendix 4C have been authorised for release by the Board of Ookami Limited.
