ACTIVITIES REPORT FOR THE QUARTER ENDED 30 JUNE 2017

Highlights

  • Launch of Akela Platform Mobile App

  • App now available on both Android and iOS, via the App stores

  • Successful completion of allocation in Calidus Resources Ltd (ASX: CAI)

  • Strong pipeline of future offerings

Ookami Limited (ASX: OOK) provides the following update on the Company’s activities during the quarter ended 30 June 2017.

Akela Capital Pty Ltd

The Company’s wholly owned subsidiary, Akela Capital Pty Ltd (Akela), has successfully launched the Akela Platform’s mobile App. Available immediately, iOS and Android users can access the Akela Platform mobile App via the Apple’s App Store and Google Play. The App will be initially free for all users, but will require a membership with the Akela Platform to use.

Individuals and entities are now able to register on the platform to gain access to current and future offerings at www.akela.vc

With the successful launch of the mobile App, the Company will continue to explore complimentary technologies e.g. cryptocurrency solutions, security and encryption applications, “smart contracts” and block-chain technologies, integrated advertising solutions and analytic offerings.

Akela also secured and completed an allocation for its subscribers in the Calidus Resources Ltd (ASX: CAI) capital raising, and looks forward to continuing to advance its revenue opportunities with further quality offerings for its subscribers.

Akela Capital is the first acquisition for Ookami’s intellectual property portfolio of technology solutions. Expansion of the portfolio remains a key growth strategy for the Company. As per the Company’s acquisition and growth strategy outlined in the prospectus, the Company is currently evaluating a number of complementary business acquisitions that may have the potential to create additional shareholder value. The Company will update its shareholders as further information becomes available.
