COMPLETION OF NON-RENOUNCEABLE ENTITLEMENT OFFER
First Lithium Limited (“FL1”, or “the Company”) is pleased to announce the completion of its pro-rata nonrenounceable entitlement offer ( Offer ) as announced to ASX on 30 April 2024.
The Offer was made to eligible shareholders registered on 16 May 2024, who were offered to subscribe for one (1) share for every seven (7) existing shares of the Company at an issue price of $0.225 per share to raise up to $3,184,446 (before costs), together with one (1) free-attaching Option for every two (2) New Shares subscribed for and issued.
The Offer closed at 5:00pm WST on Tuesday, 4 June 2024. The Company has received valid applications for 9,601,937 New Shares and 4,801,028 New Options, raising a total of $2,160,435.82 (before costs) under the Offer. A total of 4,551,676 New Shares together with associated free attaching New Options (collectively, the Shortfall Securities ) are available under the Shortfall. The Directors and the Lead Manager reserve the right to issue Shortfall Securities at their absolute discretion, subject to any restrictions imposed by the Corporations Act and the Listing Rules. Please refer to the Company’s ASX announcement dated 13 May 2024 for further details on the Shortfall.
