First Lithium Limited – (ASX: FL1) – Formerly Ookami Limited – Anticipated Reinstatement to Quotation

Description

It is anticipated that the securities of First Lithium Limited (‘FL1’) will be reinstated to quotation at 10:02:15am (+/- 15 seconds) AEST on Thursday, 28 September 2023, following its re-compliance with Chapters 1 and 2 of the ASX Listing Rules.

FL1 raised $2,000,000 pursuant to the offer under its prospectus dated 30 June 2023 by the issue of 10,000,000 shares at an issue price of $0.20 per share.
