Ookami Limited (ASX: OOK) (‘ Ookami ’ or ‘ the Company’ ) advises that it has issued 6 million options with an exercise price of $0.30 (30 cents) per option and exercisable on or before 8 July 2024 ( Options ) in accordance with shareholder approval sought at the Company’s general meeting of shareholder held on 5 July 2022.
The Company provides the attached Top 20 option holder and range of units report and it is noted that the Options are proposed to be quoted on ASX through the code ASX: OOKOB.
