Notice pursuant to section 708A(5)(3) of the Corporations Act

This notice is given by Ookami Limited (“Issuer”) under section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act 2001 (“Act”).

As outlined in the enclosed Appendix 3B, and announced on 21 September 2018, the Issuer has today issued 16,000,000 Shares as collateral in respect of a Controlled Placement Facility with Acuity Capital.

Pursuant to section 708A(5)(e) of the Act, the Issuer gives notice that:

• a) the Issued Shares were issued without disclosure to investors under Part 6D.2 of the Act;

• b) as at the date of this notice, the Issuer has complied with:

  • I. the provisions of Chapter 2M of the Act, as they apply to the Issuer; and

  • II. section 674 of the Act; and

• c) as at the date of this notice, there is no information that is ‘excluded information’ within the meaning of section 708A(7) and 708A(8) of the Act.
