AKELA CAPITAL APPOINTS NEW DIRECTOR

Ookami Limited ( ASX:OOK ) ( OOK or the Company ) is pleased to announce signing an Executive Services Agreement with Longreach Advisory Group Pty Ltd and appointing Mr Geoff Reilly as Director of its wholly owned subsidiary Akela Capital Pty Ltd ( Akela ).

Mr Reilly currently runs an advisory consultancy business that helps start-ups scale and has over 30 years’ experience across a number of senior leadership roles at GMP Securities, Paterson's Securities, Hot Copper and Sharequity.

Mr Reilly joins the team as Akela moves to expand both its platform offerings for, and its user base across, Akela’s retail and sophisticated (s708) investor network over the coming months; as well as continuing to add further functionality through the adoption and integration of synergistic technologies to the Akela ecosystem.

Ookami’s Non-Executive Chairman Mr Faldi Ismail said: “The appointment of Geoff as a director of Akela will assist with both the origination of equity capital market (ECM) and syndication opportunities as well as with potential merger and acquisition activities in the digital platform space. We are very pleased to have attracted Geoff to our team.”
