RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR

Ookami Limited (ASX:OOK) (“OOK” or the “Company”) advises that Non-Executive Director, Mr Peter Wall, has resigned from the Board, effective immediately.

The Board thanks Mr Wall for his valued contribution during his tenure with the Company.
