CHANGE OF COMPANY SECRETARY
Advanced Engine Components Limited (ACE) wishes to advise the appointment of Ms. Alicia Mitton as Company Secretary effective 21 May 2010.
Ms. Mitton is appointed in place of Ms. Susan Hunter who has resigned as Company Secretary effective 21 May 2010.
Ms. Mitton has several years experience in project management and corporate advisory roles with public, private, state and federal government organisations with projects in Australia and various Asian countries. Her experience includes organisational strategic reviews, feasibility studies, financial consulting, project management, business performance and improvement projects. Ms. Mitton holds a Bachelor of Business (International Business), a Bachelor of Arts (International Studies) and a Masters of Business (Accountancy) from the University of South Australia.
ACE takes this opportunity to thank Ms. Hunter for her contribution during her time as Company Secretary. We wish her well in the future.
