Date of AGM and Closing Date for Director Nominations

Ookami Limited ( ASX:OOK ) ( Ookami or the Company ) advises that in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1 its Annual General Meeting ( AGM ) will be held at 10.00am on Monday, 30 November 2020.

The AGM will be held at 108 Outram Street, West Perth, Western Australia. On the day of the AGM, the Company will follow the measures in place as set by the Australian and West Australian governments for the restriction of gatherings and the implementation of social distancing requirements in response to COVID-19.

An item of business at the AGM will be the re-election and appointment of directors. In accordance with clause 14.3 of the Company’s Constitution, the closing date for receipt of nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a director is Monday, 19 October 2020.

Any nominations must be received at the Company’s registered office no later than 5:00pm (Perth time) on Monday, 19 October 2020.
