On April 29, 2011, First Interstate BancSystem, Inc. (the “Registrant”) accepted the resignation of Julie G. Castle, an Executive Vice President of the Registrant and President of Wealth Management of First Interstate Bank, the Registrant’s banking subsidiary. Ms. Castle is resigning her position with the Registrant to pursue other business opportunities. Her resignation is expected to be effective May 27, 2011.
