Further to our communication dated 16.02.2026 regarding the change in management control of First IBL Modaraba and its Management Company, namely IBL Modaraba Management (Private) Limited, we wish to inform you that M/s. ZTP (Private) Limited ("the Acquirer") has, as of today, effectively assumed control of First IBL Modaraba along with its Management Company.
