OPTION ENTITLEMENT ISSUE CLOSING DATE EXTENDED

On 25 October 2017, First Graphite Limited ( ASX: FGR ) ( Company ) announced its proposal to undertake a non-renounceable option entitlement issue of one (1) new option ( New Option ) for every eight (8) fully paid ordinary shares in the capital of the Company ( Shares ) held by eligible shareholders registered at the record date at an issue price of $0.01 per New Option to raise up to $467,202 ( Offer ).

The Board has resolved to extend the closing date of the Offer to 5.00 pm (WST) on 14 December 2017.

As a result of this change, the updated indicative timetable for the Offer is as follows:
