Tolhurst completes acquisition of ComCorp

Further to the ASX announcements made on 12 June 2007, 2 August 2007 and 18[th] of October 2007, Tolhurst Group Limited (Tolhurst)(ASX: TNL ) is pleased to announce that following approval by Tolhurst shareholders at the Annual General Meeting of the company on 20 November 2007, it has today settled its acquisition of long established independent financial planning group, Community & Corporate Financial Services Pty Ltd (ComCorp).

Following settlement of the transaction Tolhurst directors extended invitations to Mr Allyn Chant, the current Executive Vice Chairman of ComCorp, and Mr David Taylor, a director of ComCorp, to join the board of directors of Tolhurst. Accordingly, Mr Chant and Mr Taylor will become directors of Tolhurst effective 22 November 2007.

The acquisition of ComCorp reflects Tolhurst’s strategic vision to further expand its geographical presence on the east coast of Australia and strengthen its wealth management activities.
