FGR receives $3,000,000 under its previously announced Share Placement Agreement
Advanced materials company First Graphene Limited (“ FGR ” or “t he Company ”) (ASX: FGR) refers to the ASX announcement made on 27 May 2021, notifying the market that the Company had entered into a Share Placement Agreement with Speciality Materials Investments, LLC, on the terms set out in that announcement, securing $8,000,000 in two tranches of $5,000,000 and $3,000,000, respectively, with the first tranche having been received shortly after 27 May 2021.
The Company released an Appendix 3B on 17[h] August 2021, notifying the market of its intent to avail itself of the second tranche of funds.
First Graphene is pleased to announce that it has now received the second (and final) tranche of funds under the Share Placement Agreement, in the amount of $3,000,000.
