TRADING HALT

The securities of First Graphene Limited (the “Company”) will be placed in Trading Halt Session State at the request of the Company, pending the release of an announcement by the Company. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in Trading Halt Session State until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Wednesday, 14 March 2018, or when the announcement is released to the market.

As required by ASX Listing Rule 17.1, FGR provides the following information:

• The Trading Halt is requested pending the release of an announcement concerning a capital raising;

• The Trading Halt is requested for the period ending 7.00am on Wednesday 14 March 2017;

• It is expected the trading halt will end following the release of the announcement concerning a capital raising;

• FGR is not aware of any reason why the Trading Halt should not be granted; and
