NOTICE UNDER SECTION 708A(5)(e) OF THE CORPORATIONS ACT 2001 (Cth) – OPTIONS ISSUED PURSUANT TO PLACEMENT

Robe Australia Limited ( Robe ) gives this notice under Section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) ( Act ).

Robe gives notice that:

• a) it has issued 100,000,000 free options at an exercise price of $0.01 per Share ( Shares) with an expiry date of 5.00 pm (Melbourne time) on 31[st] December 2014 pursuant to the resolution of shareholders at the General Meeting held on 28 June 2011;

• b) the Shares were issued without disclosure to investors under part 6D.2 of the Act;

• c) this notice is given under Section 708A(5)(e) of the Act;

• d) as at the date of this notice, Robe has complied with:

  • The provisions of Chapter 2M of the Act as they apply to Robe; and

  • Section 674 of the Act; and

• e) as at the date of this notice there is no information that is excluded information within the meaning of Sections 708A(7) and 708A(8) of the Act.
