Appointment and retirement of Robe Australia Limited Directors

On behalf of the Board, I wish to advise of the appointment today of Mr. Robert Hodby as a Non-Executive Director of Robe Australia Limited ( Robe ).

Consistent with Robe’s strategic direction to identify resource assets and after consultation with a number of Robe’s new substantial shareholders, the Directors are delighted that Mr. Hodby has accepted the invitation to become a Non Executive Director.

Mr. Hodby holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Murdoch University and is a member of CPA Australia and Chartered Secretaries Australia. He provides corporate, management and accounting advice to a number of public and private companies involved in the resource and energy industries. Mr. Hodby is the Company Secretary of Torrens Energy Limited (ASX:TEY) and NeuroDiscovery Limited (ASX:NDL) and a Non-Executive Director of New Horizon Minerals Limited ASX:NHO).

I also wish to advise of the resignation of Mr. Peter Bolitho as a Director of Robe with effect from 31 August 2011.
