NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting ("Meeting" or "AGM") of First Class Metals PLC (the "Company") will be held at Manor Court Offices, Manor Court, Salesbury Hall Road, Ribchester, Preston, PR3 3XR on 3 June 2026 at 10:00 a.m.

The Notice of AGM and Form of Proxy will be posted to shareholders today. A copy of the Notice of AGM will shortly be available on the Company's website at www.firstclassmetalsplc.com.

You can register your vote(s) for the AGM either:

1.   by logging on to https://sharegateway.co.uk/. clicking on the "Proxy Vote" button and then following the on- screen instructions; or

2.   by post or by hand to Neville Registrars Limited, Neville House, Steelpark Road, Halesowen, B62 8HD using the proxy form accompanying the notice; or

3.   in the case of CREST members, by utilising the CREST electronic proxy appointment service.

In order for a proxy appointment to be valid the proxy must be received by Neville Registrars Limited by 10:00 am on 1 June 2026.
