FireFox Gold Corp ((TSX.V: FFOX) (OTCQB: FFOXF) (“FireFox” or the “Company”), announced that Mr. Joseph Mullin resigned as a director of the Company effective November 19, 2025, and the Company appointed Mr. Martin Rip as a director of the Company effective March 11, 2026.

Item 5. Full Description of Material Change
On November 19, 2025, Mr. Joseph Mullin resigned as a director of the Company, and the Company has now appointed Mr. Martin Rip as a director of the Company.

Carl Löfberg will remain as a director and the CEO of the Company. Patrick Highsmith will remain as a director and Chairman of the Company, and Andor Lip and Robb McNaughton will remain as directors of the Company.
