• FRB confirms that CPS Capital Capital Group Pty Ltd has been nominated by the Company Secretary as the purchaser in the unmarketable parcels sales facility; and,

• In accordance with the Company’s constitution the Company will bear all the costs of sale of the facility, which may be conducted according to the discretion of the Board, including by trading other than in the ordinary course (i.e. Special Crossing).
