Notice of AGM and Annual Report

SimplyBiz (AIM: SBIZ), a leading independent provider of compliance and business services to financial advisers and financial institutions in the UK, announces that its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held on Monday 27th April 2020 at 12:00 noon at The John Smith's Stadium, Stadium Way, Huddersfield, HD1 6PG.

The following documents will be posted or made available to Shareholders today:

·      The 2019 Annual Report and Accounts (the "Annual Report");

·      Notice of Annual General Meeting 2020 (the "AGM Notice"); and

·      Proxy Form for the Annual General Meeting 2020 (the "Proxy Form").
