Notice of Full Year Results

SimplyBiz (AIM: SBIZ), the independent provider of compliance, technology and business services to financial advisers and financial institutions in the UK, will announce its Full Year Results for the twelve months ended 31 December 2019 on 10 March 2020.

The results will be published at 07:00 GMT through the regulatory news service (RNS) and on the Company's website via www.simplybizgroup.co.uk.
