Retirement of Non-Executive Director

SimplyBiz (AIM: SBIZ), a leading independent provider of compliance and business services to financial advisers and financial institutions in the UK, today announces that Tim Trotter, a non independent Non-Executive Director, has notified the Company of his intention to retire at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting, to be held on 27th April 2020.

The Board will look to appoint a new Independent Non-Executive Director to the Board in due course.
