Cornerstone FS plc (AIM: CSFS), the cloud-based provider of international payment, currency risk management and electronic account services to SMEs, announces that five Directors of Cornerstone informed the Company on Friday 20 January 2023 that they had purchased a total of 223,500 Ordinary Shares in the capital of the Company, on 20 January 2023, in the amounts and at the prices set out in the table below. In addition, their resultant shareholdings and percentage holdings of the Company's total voting rights, are also disclosed below.
