This is with reference to intimation dt. 4[th] February,2026 regarding schedule of conference call for Analyst & Investors, the link given in the earlier intimation to join the call was not working hence giving the revised intimation along with revised link keeping all other details same.
Pursuant to the above referred Regulations, we wish to inform you that an Earnings Conference Call for Analysts and Investors is scheduled to be held on Thursday, 12[th] February, 2026 at 5.00 pm (IST) to discuss financial results of the Company for the quarter ended on 31[st] December, 2025 with Mr. Mahesh ViswanathanChief Financial Officer of the Company. The nature of the call shall be group call. The Presentation will be uploaded on the website of the Company at www.finolex.com before the said Analyst meet.
