In supersession of our earlier intimation dated 10[th] August 2024 and pursuant to Rule 7(2A) of Investor Education and Protection Fund Authority (Accounting, Audit, Transfer and Refund) Rules, 2016 and other applicable provisions, the Board has nominated and appointed Mr. Siddhesh Mandke ‐ Company Secretary and General Manager (Legal) as the Nodal Officer of the Company with effect from 15[th] August, 2024 for the purposes of verification of claims and co‐ordination with Investor Education and Protection Fund Authority.
